RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGE POLICY

We have a return, Refund, and Exchange Pplicy under strict regulations.
- If a product is returned, the sales and technical departments will conduct a comprehensive investigation; if there are obvious signs of tampering, the warranty will be voided.
- Products such as our inverters will be refunded or replaced if they have not been removed from the box and have not been used and resealed in the box. We reserve the right to return the item to the supplier for evaluation to determine whether or not it has been used.
- Warranty seals for certain products will be verified; if a warranty seal is removed, all policies will be null and void.
- No OBF [OUT-OF-BOX FAILURE] policy will be permitted if a product has been opened and utilized or installed.
- The serial numbers of the box and inverter must match our specific product numbers upon return to determine where the product was sold by us.
- If the item is asked for an exchange, we will provide options if considered appropriate.
- If a return is accepted by Green Leaf Importers (Pty) Ltd., we will provide a credit note or refund only once the item has been returned to the supplier for verification that everything is in order with the respective product manufacturer’s terms of use.
- Products must be thoroughly inspected upon opening, and any contents of the box that appear missing or incorrect must be reported to us immediately – we require images of all the goods in the box emailed to us, and we will take this up with the concerned suppliers. We cannot assist with missing, damaged, or inaccurate products once they have been installed; this is the responsibility of the customer, and the risk is assumed by the buyer.
- Upon return, the consumer is responsible for using his or her own courier service; if a courier is requested from us, a shipping cost will be charged.
- Damaged items should be reported to Green Leaf Importers (Pty) Ltd. as soon as the buyer receives them; if we are not contacted within 7 working days of the purchase, the goods will fall under warranty.
- Subject to the above provisions and in accordance with Sections S 16, 19 (5) & (8), 20, 55 (3), and 56 of the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008, the customer may seek a full reimbursement within 10 business days of delivery; however, we do impose a 15% processing fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
